• Eligibility: The competition is open to residents of South Africa, aged 18 years or older, except employees of 1,2 Smile Dentistry and their immediate family members.
• Entry Period: The competition begins on 1 May 2024 and ends on 31 October 2024. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
• Entry Method: To enter the competition, participants must complete the online entry form. Only one entry per person is permitted.
• Prize: The prize details are as specified in the competition announcement. No cash or alternative prize will be offered. The prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded.
• Winner Selection: TThe winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The draw will take place within 7 days of the competition closing date.
• Notification: The winner will be notified by email and phone within 7 days of the draw date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 90 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select an alternative winner.
• Publicity: By entering the competition, participants agree to allow 1,2 Smile Dentistry to use their name and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
• Privacy: Any personal information provided during the competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be disclosed to any third party without the entrant's prior consent.
• Disqualification: 1,2 Smile Dentistry reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, or does not comply with these terms and conditions. We also reserve the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
• Governing Law: The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from the competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
• Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
